Rules for using the forums

1. General provisions

1.1 The godlessera.com forum aims to provide an opportunity for everyone to share their thoughts and experiences, as well as to communicate with other users - the information should be for everyone and everyone is welcome to share it; to meet people with common interests; to have useful materials and discussions and to sift the truth in them.

1.2 The forum should be used as intended. It is not a place for overt and covert advertising, political agitation and the like.

2. Topics and posts (comments / answers)

2.1 New topics are placed in their corresponding section. Topics published in the wrong section are deleted or moved without warning.

2.2 The title of the topic must be clear and precise, not composed only in capital letters and describe as much as possible the content of the topic itself. Topics with one-word titles or such as "Help!", "I have a problem", "Urgent", etc. are deleted without warning.

2.3 The forum is equipped with a search engine located above the topic windows. Its use is mandatory in order to avoid duplicate topics. Comments on such topics will be moved to existing ones or deleted.

2.4 Excessive off-topic opinions are not desirable.

2.5 The practice of flood - publishing the same thing repeatedly, as well as the publication of a large number of opinions by one user after another - is not tolerated. To add information to a previous post, there is an "Edit" button on each of your posts.

2.6 Any form of spam (spam) is prohibited, whether through posts or personal messages. This includes all kinds of advertisements, chain letters, etc. messages excluding a topic for help or discussion, or personal correspondence. Bumping a topic is not allowed except for one post within 48 hours. This type of spam is defined as a post after your last post, which is not relevant and does not bring any new (corrected, supplemented) information on the topic.

2.7 Non-meaningful opinions ("Hahahahahahahaha", "It's cruel!", "Very cool", "I like it!", Emoticons, etc.) and topics are not desirable. Let such opinions be accompanied by a justification.

2.8 It is not advisable to post comments criticizing other users for not following the rules, as well as for their spelling. To do this, use the "Report" button below each post. Use this feature ONLY to report the content of a message that you think should be moderated, not as a means of communicating with a moderator for other purposes. Posts that go beyond the requirement will be deleted or edited.

2.9 It is forbidden to publish and distribute illegal software such as cracks, patches, serial numbers and copyrighted works (movies, music, photos, etc.), as well as requests for such.

2.10 It is forbidden to attach photos with pornographic content and / or violence, as well as to publish such links. It is forbidden to publish photos and links containing strategically covered nudity, transparent or very thin clothing, obscene or provocative poses, close-up images of breasts, buttocks or intimate parts. It is strictly forbidden to provide links to child pornography pages. The same applies to comments that include a realistic description of causing physical and mental suffering, mutilation and sadism, as well as texts that include a realistic description of forced sex, rape and sex with minors.

2.11 The promotion of any illegal ideas and goals is prohibited. Publications of works, reviews, personal comments, etc. that violate the law (containing calls for violence, ethnic and religious hatred, etc.) are not allowed. Comments promoting illegal and discriminatory Nazi / fascist and racist ideas are not allowed. Discrimination and intolerance on the grounds of age, sex, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, educational qualifications, social status and sexuality are not allowed.

2.12 The use of threats, vulgar words, cynicism and insults is prohibited, both in comments on topics and in personal messages. If such things happen through personal messages, you only need to notify a member of the administration and appropriate measures will be taken to prevent them.

2.13 All opinions and comments published on the site and the forum express the personal attitude and position of the user (author) and he is fully responsible for them. The opinions do not bind the other users or the administration of the site and they are without their support.

2.14 Any opinion provided here is voluntarily released by its author and everyone has the right to then copy and distribute it as they see fit. If it is not mentioned that the post contains text that is subject to copyright or that its use without permission is undesirable, the text will be treated under the GNU Free Documentation License. If the opinion or the material published by you is not your work, it is obligatory to indicate that it is a citation and to give a link to the source (articles, quotations from scientific works, etc. are referred to). The administration of the forum is not obliged to delete posts and topics at the request of their authors, as well as at the request of third parties, if it considers that they do not violate the laws of the state and the rules of the forum.

2.15 It is forbidden to publish personal correspondence (personal messages) in the forum without the consent of both parties involved in the correspondence, as well as any form of personal data other than those officially published in this forum (photos or other material affecting privacy), where this may to the detriment of or to discredit either party. If this happens, at the request of the injured party, such posts will be deleted without warning.

2.16 If a topic is exhausted or goes beyond the rules of the forum in any way, at the discretion of the administrators or moderators, or on the recommendation of a user, it may be locked. If there is information on the topic that needs to be shared with other users, it is good to contact the administration of the forum for assistance in publishing it.

2.17 Any topics commenting publicly on the actions of the moderators regarding closing, rubbing, moving, editing topics or other, without first seeking contact with the administration will be treated as a violation - closed / third and sanctioned.

3. Profiles, avatars, signatures

3.1 The user profile contains personal information about its owner. The data you post here will not be used by third parties, as this depends on the administration of the forum. No fields in your account, visible to other users, are required. In case you decide to provide any information, there is no limit to its content and nature.

3.2 If there is one, the photo to your profile must be yours and no one else's. The godlessera.com forum is not a free image upload server. Any images that violate this condition will be deleted without notice.

3.3 Avatar is the image that appears on the left side of each user post. Its content to comply with point 2.10 of the rules. File should not be larger than 2 MB.

3.4 The signature is a short text of up to 60 characters

3.5 If you wish to delete your account, simply notify the administration by personal message or other means of contact and your account will be deleted. Note that this action is irreversible and cannot be recovered at a later stage.

3.6 The administration of the forum reserves the right to block without warning newly created profiles of former users with penalties, users damaging the prestige of the site and its team, users seeking constant confrontation with other users and the team.

4. Final provisions

4.1 Observance of the rules set out here is a necessary and only condition for registration in the forum, as well as for its use. Violation of them will lead to the imposition of sanctions on the infringing user.

4.2 The type of penalty to be applied to the offender is determined by the administrators and / or moderator (s), namely:

a) Enabling the "Preview" function - the posts published by the user are not visible until they are reviewed and approved by a moderator and / or administrator.

b) Prohibition to publish and freeze the account - as a sanction the moderators can take away your rights to post in the forum or freeze your account completely.

c) Ban ("ban, restriction") - the administrator can "throw out" unwanted users of the forum, restricting their access to the site through a ban. The ban can be valid only for the forum or for the whole site. It can also be permanent or temporary.
