As you know, a lawsuit against former Health Minister and present president of Switzerland Alan Berset has been launched by Pascal Najadi. The case has been joined with the case of Ana McCarthy against Pfizer in the USA. On April 6 the case in NY Supreme Court was won. On April 10 Biden had to sign HJ7 Bill officially ending the covid hoax. US Supreme Court Ruling mandating ALL parties must recognize Religious and Personal objections to any and all vaccinations. Due to Ana and Pascal's efforts, Germany backed off on its mandate of 80 million people. A class action lawsuit has been filed against the Australian government and the medicines regulator. The nationwide suit, which reportedly has 500 members seeks redress for those left injured or bereaved by the so-called “vaccines”.

In Bulgarian a class action against the Bulgarian Health Minister has been filed by more than 10 Bulgarian citizens including Nevena S., Metodi B., Alexander M., Stefan T., and many more. The first court session took place on April 21, 2023. The judge Katya Asparuhova accepted the evidence provided against the unlawful covid measures.
